Mary Morrow

Mary Morrow, MSN, APRN, ACNP-BC, FNP-C, is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Acute Care and Family Practice, currently serving as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner at KidneyCare Oklahoma. She brings a broad clinical background that spans nephrology, emergency medicine, and inpatient hospital care, allowing her to manage complex medical conditions with confidence and precision.

In her role at KidneyCare Oklahoma, Mary collaborates closely with nephrologists to diagnose and manage patients across all stages of acute and chronic kidney disease. She routinely rounds in dialysis clinics, where she manages conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and fluid and electrolyte imbalances in ambulatory dialysis patients. Her experience allows her to provide comprehensive, detail-oriented care while supporting long-term kidney health.

Mary’s background in emergency and hospital medicine has strongly influenced her approach to nephrology. She has extensive experience evaluating acute and critically ill patients, performing thorough assessments, and developing timely, effective treatment plans. Her training includes hands-on procedural experience and multidisciplinary care, which strengthens her ability to recognize subtle clinical changes and respond appropriately.

Patient education and clear communication are central to Mary’s practice. She values taking the time to listen, explain complex medical issues in understandable terms, and partner with patients in their care decisions. Her goal is to ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their treatment journey.

Mary earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. She is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care and working collaboratively with care teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients.
